RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@delamur.com. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases (e.g., change of mind, size, color, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for your preferred product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take a few additional days to process and reflect the refund.
